Just got back from Florida...
Florida is absolutely amazing. I spent this past week down in Ft. Myers with my college's habitat for humanity chapter. We worked on building 2 homes during the day and spent the rest of the time on the beach!
FYI, Florida has no lift laws for trucks. 85% of all pickups were lifted, and i dont mean 5-6". I mean like 12-14" sitting on 44" tires; mostly F250's and dodges. Also, I saw a few state police LS1's and a few marauders.
Overall, this was a great trip. If anyone is thinking about going down to florida, i highly recommend it!

dont get me wrong, I dont mind a long ride, especially going south. there are some very nice scenes to take in on those long journeys
I just wasnt sure curt would drive all the way down there and back in his blazer.

When we drove from here to Sarasota it was about 1275 miles and we made it in 16 hours and 45 minutes. door to door, including stop for restroom/gas.

we had 2 plymoth voyagers, a ford windstar, a chevy venture and a malibu. i was responsible for driving 6 girls around in the windstar woot!
Let me say, the windstar held up very well in the rough terrain...
minivan off roading should be a sport as well as an art.
