Any benefits to this?

Found this on ebay, would it have anything to do with performance or function or is it purely cosmetic?

the idea is to have all the water the same temp in the block and heads some motors have cylinders run a diff temps, a slight colg in injector , or intake runner length , slight diff in cam lobe all can change temp in any cylinder most race shops follow the rule all the roundy motors and nascar engines, road race, use this more than drag guys, its an extended run thing so street is a play jz

It is the exact same thing as the stock set up but it is made from flexible line and multiple fittings instead of one solid steel unit. There will be no harm or advantage in this set up other than the "Bling" factor.
