as for the username its my dads, mine is brando56894 (big shocker there huh??). as for still buying a 6 banger, its better on gas than an LS/LT 1 and wont tempt me on getting more tickets ya know i am tryin to get rid of these 6 point not add more to them. plus my insurance is already like sky high (prolly, i dunno how much though, a TA/forumla would just increase it)

as for the weight, the AC might actually stay in now till it gets cold(er) out, but the egr is commin out ASAP. the exhaust is commin off in favor of my magnaflow, and once i have the egr sealed up and the flanges on the cat and the bullet im gonna be headin up to bills

i definately wanted to buy a TA/Formula but my dad and I talked myself outta it.....

oh yea Jon and Jake you are both whores...

And Brandon I dunno if your realized this, but from what i hear the LS1 cars tend to get the same or better gas milage, I know plenty of guys who report getting 30 MPG + with em

edit: Hey, maybe this car will hae more than 60 HP

ad i say whenyou get it go to atco and make some baseline runs dead stock

m6 LS1's downhill in 6th might get 30mpg but auto's wont. Mine got 18mpg with the stock converter & catback, got the converter & it went to 15-17 around town but about the same on the highway, got the heads/cam went to 11-13 pretty much doing just city driving. You need to stop getting tickets & accidents and your points/insurance will come down. Good luck.

At a minimum the old pcm would need to have the vin reprogrammed, possibly reprogrammed for gears if they were different from his previous car, but that wouldnt be a 1/2 bad idea...I already told him I'd cut him an extremely generous deal on another tune if need be whenever he's ready.
