unfortunatly this aint that much better...theres just so much crap sitting there in the way that needs to be moved or removed and the intake manifold is of a two piece design which means even more work...just a pita...tim i might take you up on that offer...i gotta see if napa has them in stock because autozone & parts america/advance dont carry them as normal stock.

what kind of buick are we talking about here? if its an N/A 3.8 series 2...you might need a whole intake manifold (theyre cheap, composite)

Bill, make sure you get the revised factory gaskets. Upper and lower intake gaskets are known to fail on those motors, and GM issued a redesigned gasket to fix it.

Hopefully it hasn't been leaking for long, otherwise you might be looking at a lot more work.

when you say rear heater core line, you mean the one that runs the length of the car under the car right? I might be able to do that on a saturday when I have access to my lift at work.

Then stop driving it if it is leaking. You are on borrowed time.

Yes. It's a long mother. You a Honda tech?

Looking at it makes me think the cradle might need to be dropped - the sway bar is in the way.

2006 EXL (AWD). I think it is a 3.5L Auto; they are all the same. I could have th erear part of it torn out before I get there. I have to order the part still. I haven't decided what to do with it yet. It is bypassed right now. God damn new car.

I noticed the ridgeline is the same way (same chassis). A real off-roader.
