rack and pinion

does anyone know wat the option code for the quicker ratio rack is for an 4.1 gen car.

RPO Y87 included four-wheel disc brakes, limited-slip rear axle, quicker steering ratio (14.4:1), and dual muffler outlets. Hope this helps.

thanks fo the info but that is the option package for the v6 that included all of that. i just want to now realy the suspention handleing code, i was looking in the option list an it mentions the With FE2 suspension (Firm Ride & Handling suspension) and With Firm Ride-Handling suspension (F41) wich is the one has the tighter steering ratio?

I believe that the rack and pinion steering is listed only a part of a option package and not listed by its self. I have a friend that is a parts man at a local chevy dealer. I'll check with him on monday and get back to you.
