Any one have a punching bag f/s? if so woulf it be possible to hangin in my room?

Make one. Take a big old pillowcase or laundry bag or something, fill it with old clothes, tie off the top, hand it, and there ya go. That's what I've got

wayfast my aunts got one i think shjes trying to get rid of...let me call her tomaro and pm u the price and weight of the bag and stuff..ill even give you the thing to hang it with, and just becuz ur a nice fella a pair of gloves

what kind of your vitamins do you take?
vitamins help out alot, I was on the crazy pills, went off them and about 1 month later i started taking multivitamins and i felt 100% better and havent gotten in major trouble yet..
I want one cause im stressed and I want to kill some one..
