unfortunately they decide where i am staying. it is usually a holiday inn or something similar. as long as they have internet access and the sheets are clean i don't really care what/where the place is.
they also set us up for meals someplace in the area, but i know in two weeks i will get tired of seeing the same menu for lunch and dinner everyday.

Is the Naval Base still open in Patterson? (or was that patterson-plank road?)
There used to be a Camaro-Firebird Yard in Patterson.

Tim, I will be heading to the awesome Lowe's in North Bergen tomorrow morning to buy a zillion ceiling tiles to re-do the drop ceiling in my basement. I'd wait until you're working at the new store, but my bulk garbage pickup is this Wednesday so I gotta get the project done before then. I'll come by the new store anyway though, I'm sure I'll need other stuff!

True, but the North Bergen Lowes only charges 3.5% sales tax, vs. 8% in NY. And I have to buy a few hundred bux worth of tiles, so I'll save some coin. Besides, the earthquake-sized potholes don't bother me, I'm going in the Jeep!

ok...if you're not from paterson or have ever live in paterson, you really have no right to say that..for most of you, you've only driven through paterson and saw more minorities and got scared...paterson is NOT that bad...telling people to stay away from downtown paterson is stupid...yes it get scary at NIGHT, but during the day, i like hanging out down there...awesome stores, only 3% sales tax, and i know a lot of the store owners since i have lived in paterson for 22 years...i know i joke about it, but i like living here...all im saying is don't knock a place if you haven't been there for for than 20 minutes...
back to the topic...tim, i hope you enjoy your time in paterson...let me know if you need any info about anything in town...
and PS- Libby's > Hot Grill
