Anyone have a hookup at a Chevy Dealership?

My buddy's 01 SS threw a code for the cats so he went to the dealership(as per my suggestion due to the silent recall) and they told him the rear o2s were bad. We then replaced the rear o2s and the code is still being thrown for the cats. Anyone know of a dealership that's local and isn't going to dick around because they dont want to do the recall work?

if he goes anywhere else, they are going to want to replace the o2's again and waste more of his money first.
