AFR 190 Heads and LPE 219 Cam For Sale
I'm upgrading my engine and selling my current heads and cam.
The heads have 10,000 miles on them and were freshened up with new valves and springs 6,000 ago. They are 65cc and I believe they are the L98 plug design...I had no problems with them in my IROC. I'd like to get $1,100 or best offer for the heads plus shipping.
The cam is a Lingenfelter LPE 219 roller....specs can be found on their website if needed. Cam has 6,000 on it and is in good condition. I'd like $250 for the cam plus shipping.
E-mail me with any questions or if you're interested.

FYI, the 219 Cam will work nicely in a 3rd gen or LT1 motor. Tight duration and high lift make this cam a torque monster on the street! I ran the 211/219 cam in my 93 and it passed smog cleaner then stock and ran higher MPH thru the traps then cars with the LT4 cam.

what springs do you have in the heads and the ports are out of the box right? 3/8 studs or 7/16?

Ports are out of the box. I don't remember what springs are in it anymore honestly. Studs are whatever was factory on them...I believe it's 3/8. I do have a sale pending on all the items but if it falls through I'll let you know.
