Last post about inspection, I promise
OBDII passes fine, just have tint. If anyone knows any shops please PM me, I barely have two weeks left.
Oh and edit:
I found out that the driver window must be fully operational so pulling the power to them and leaving them down = a no go 
However I could detint the driver side, roll down the passenger side and pull its power and minimize my costs
