dude if I made it the same wheel base as a miata for example I could make it VERY light...hell a full weight del sol is 1500lbs...imagine a tube frae full fiberglass body and aluminum S/C V8

if you want to build a serious v6, series 2 3800 is the way to go

I don't think a 900lb chassis would be that hard...now the drive train is another story
