			I think there was a diesel Benz that hit 2.85 million (it was a Greek Taxi) and the world record is Irv Gordon and his 1966 Volvo P1800—at 2.5 million miles.

			It would take several members from this board to add their milage of lets say 11 cars to equal that of one silverado

			About 6 months ago I remember reading that a SAAB went 1 million miles.  I think SAAB gave him a new car in trade for his.  
 I wonder how much of that Million Mile Truck is still original.  Figure that the tranny had to be rebuilt at least twice to go that far.
