More work done on the car.

Got some good work done this weekend. The bushings went in the upper and lower control arms, after they were blasted (thanks Bonzo) and painted. Put them on today, as well as the Moroso Trick springs.

Got the 327 back from the machine shop on Thursday, after they drilled and tapped a balancer hole in the crank for me. Cleaned up the pistons and cylinder walls that had some carbon and rust buildup from sitting for 3 months uncovered.

I hope to have the whole front suspension/steering components on this week, and maybe drop the motor and trans back in two weekends from now. Only problem is that Classic Performance sent me the wrong idler arm, but I can either re-use the one that was in there or pray that the spare one that came with the car is still good, and the right size.

Motor went in last night, the trans is 90% done, just need to hook up the clutch linkage so I can engage the clutch and slide the trans in the rest of the way. Big thanks to Bonzo and BTK last night who came and showed me how to set all that clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out, etc up.

Update as of tonight:
Trans went in a while back, so its getting closer to running. A weekend or two it could possibly be up and running. Just need to finish up the line lock solenoids, adjust the clutch, bleed the brakes, hook up some electric, fill some fluids, and break in the cam. If I get adventurous I will put the drive shaft u-joints and yolk on and I could move it around.
