I just quit. I go back and forth all the time though.
Why those choices? Even when I was smokin I wasn't at a pack a day. Anything above a pack a day is ridiculous....

I usually only smoked at work. At home i'd be fine. But I found that since I started working out again I haven't craved them as much and stopped.

I haven't had a cig in a few years.....the most I was ever up to was about a pack a week though. A little more if I was out drinking a lot.

I think it is against the law to live in the town of Morrisville, Pennsyltucky n' not schmoke. They must have at least 6 ciggy stores right on the main drag, and a place called Schmokin' Joe's is always packed. And whenever I'm in the 7-11 all the people in front of me are loadin' up on at least 2 pax of lung rockets.

Yea, Smokin' Joes has cheaper prices on cigs than Jersey. Lots of my friends in high school would shoot over there to pick up cartons.

PA is normally over a dollar cheaper then NJ. So you drive to NJ for Gas and PA for cigs.
I'm about a pack a day, use to be more, close to 2 packs if not over. On the 2-pack days it normally involved bowling and drinking ( bowling in 3 leagues + tournies ). I definitley smoke allot more at work, mostly because of all the BS I just need to walk away.

Supposedly NYC just passed an additional $1.25 per pack tax which pushes the price to $10 a pack???
I don't smoke, and but that sure as hell sounds like the gov't is picking on smokers to make up for their own inability to manage a budget.

QFT. i've been smoking a pack a day for 32 years. never more, sometimes less. it is way too expensive to smoke these days, so i am weening myself off of them. it'd be the same thing if i was to quit anything else, just keep cutting back until i'm at zero.
