Speedo Probs

ok this is what i have, i just put a 95 T56 in my 88 vert now my vert is speedo driven and the T56 is VSS, now how can i make my speedo drive work with the VSS. i heard of some box but i have no idea what the heck that is and i dont want to convert a hole bunch of stuff over. So any input would work prob something so easy but pricy lol

New speedo (maybe you can use a later model one instead of aftermarket?) or cable-x box. IIRC Jags That Run have a way to use a cable with a t56, but I think you have to buy their custom tailhousing.

F that i ckecked the prices on that over 350+ bucks i sont want to spend that, what about if i was a 91-92 dash and harness, but sice i have TPI for an 88 would i have to upgrade for a 91-92 meaning the harness, speed denisty so on.

Summit has a 3 1/8" Autometer Electric speedo for $125 if you go that route.

will that work the way i need it to with no probs, i just dont want to buy something that wont work, being out of a job im tring to becareful on what i buy.

ok this is what i did i had a dig dash i huked it up, i found a plug that fits in the VVS on the trans, i huke it up useing the wireing from a 92 rs dash, every wire goes to where it came from, and huke it all up rite now the prob i have now is that it works up to 36MPH and then goes zero i tried everything and i dunno why it goes to that so thats what i need to fig out.
