Happy Birthday Wayfast. I just went through the test in June and didn't have a problem. Just drive like an old lady and don't let them know your first car is going to be an f-body  I've been driving for two months and no tickets in an LS1..hehe Good Luck!

This bitch passed emissions but failed for no front plate and improper insurance card(insurance didn't send me a hard copy yet)
they didn't beep the horn or put the lights up...
So now I need
windshield wipers fixed, horn fixed and headlight motors fixed.
a front plate and an insurance car and Ill go to the public inspection station and get passed 
ooh yeah I would have a failure to inspect ticket if I didn't go to the shop I did. Literally 50 ft away from the shop a cop eyes my car down, turns around goes past where I parked and then turns around again and goes on his way.

That's great it passed emissions. Its always the little stuff that gets you.

Every inspecation place, and person, is different. Same you might be able to get away with it, some you can't. It happens. Front plate is a easy fix, and it re-building headlight motors, did it twice on my old bird. Horn is just wiring.
