Off to Court
So today is the day that I go to court about my careless driving ticket. Hopefully things work out and go my way, I could use some good luck, with my fuel pump dieing and coolant leaking I haven't had the best luck. It is at 1pm. I'll post the outcome in a couple of hours.

sat there for like 3 hours... complete last person to go up...ended pleading it down to unsafe operation... it was $389 oh well

Yep, the 'ol Unsafe ticket- makes sure all the $ goes to the municipality and not your insurance.

yeah, its a 250$ surcharge + 139$ ticket fee and court fees

u made out pretty good. when i got a ticket for speeding the municipality i was in (woodbridge) wouldnt let me plea down. but now it all comes down to if you learned your lesson or not to avoid this situation again. i know i slowed my ass down since then.

Ouch, on the 23rd I get to go for my ticket...I might actually try to fight this one as from the info I gathered this morning it looks good in my favor & getting it simply "knocked down" to a $400 ticket isn't much of a break IMO

plea down = no points= good alot of dollars spent now. can save alot more dollars in the future.
