Build Your Own Camaro Running
I just played around with this. Hot looking car, hopefully it helps save GM.

It is pretty cool. Only thing I wish was a different option on the grille. Maybe a mesh style.

There will be dealer installed grills available. They showed one on the Dale JR's Camaro at SEMA.

I'm liking the base LS; 306hp, 6sp manual, nice looking 18in steelies, black or cyber gray, for around 23k is awesome.
Only things I don't like is the V6's torque, 278lb/ft, and the width of the steelies at 7.5in.

I was thinking the same. I can get one with a monthly payment of $329, but I know months down the road I would be thinking "If I only saved up $10k more, I could have gotten the SS!".

The GXP is a badass car, but it looks too, idk what's the word...normal? for me. I think the folks at GM got the design of the Camaro nearly perfect (maybe different grills like some have been saying)

With all the standard features in the new Camaro and the 300hp V6, I would be happy to live with a base model as a daily driver. The steelies look cool with the dark blue paint and silver hood stripes I picked

If the Cobalt had a better interior, ie like the upcoming Cruze does, it would be a trifecta knock out of performance coupes from Chevy.

Weird how some of the paint options for the 1SS are missing on the 2SS

I'm partial to the same setup with the Inferno Orange Metallic....reminds me of the '92 Heritage cars.

I see what you mean. That's the thing that I fear most: everyone and their mother will have an SS because they are cheap for the power they make and by the time I get my V6, it will just be another unimpressive car in the crowd. Idk, we'll see what goes down.
