How long will my altima last?
94 altima auto, KA24DE. The car has 78k on the clock now, just did a full tune up and the factory 60k mile service, and front brakes/rotors. My plan is to just drive the car till it dies from here on out. Trans does weird things but it doesnt slip yet. It just shifts into neutral whenever it feels like taking a break. I drive a pretty average amount, ~1k a month. We could start up a bet too!
P.S. - To be fair, the car was fairly abused by its previous owner, and me sometimes. It may possibly have some valve train damage. My bet is on the transmission going first

Yeah well i traded my firebird for it with no back brakes and a blown head gasket. with 200k miles. It still runs really good but yeah im betting on the transmission ****ting out . The kid lived in north jersey so it got hit all the time on the side of the road. Its basically made out of beer can. No dent resistance at ALL

those things have crappy transmissions. run it softly and drive with a light foot and it should make it to 120 with no problem.
as for the n20...if its anything like an lt1 the more you mod it the slower it will go maybe you can hope for a mid 14

Welll...whoever guessed <85 has it. I was driving home tonight and some idiot mexican/puerto rican pulled out right in front of me. Not even in front of me...he hit the wheel/side of my car. Cop said he had insurance and all. The car is pretty much totalled tho...the A arm is either bent or broken, busted rim, steering knuckle is busted, and the driveshaft was either broken or not in place. The bodywork actually held up pretty well though for how hard he hit me. Ill get pics in the morning. Car is at some place on joline/36. I have the guys card. Blue book on the car is 2400 because of the lowish miles. And whats cool is he hit the side that was messed up already(pic) so they arent going to have much to argue with me about

The motor still runs....if thats what you mean. A arm is bent backwards and the spindle is snapped.
