is that power lines or old pinstripe glue on there? if its pinstripe, the detail didn't help? someone put it under the clear?

the pinstripe is under the clear so it sucks. but when you look at the car from like 10 feet you cant even see it because of the body lines.
yeah, i saw the red at pepboys, last time i checked autozone only had black still
