Found my new car for next year

There is no doubt I will be putting down some money on this new car. I actually love it and hopefully it can be made on a convertible too. Someone is actually building a trans am!!!

If it had the 4 headlamps instead of the 2 it would have been even better, but I still like it and I will have one. Already registered as soon as I can put in an order I will.

It gives you an option of wether you provide the car or they get the car. And also you can purchase the kit seperate also. So depends on the camaros options you get plus the kit. An esimate of 55,000 to 60,000 is the number for now. I have already dumped that into my current bird lol. Definately looking forward to getting mine.

i dont understand why gm put such a high price on the new camaro. thats what made the cars so great was the bang for your buck. i personally couldn't see spending that much. i looked at a ss and it was 42 when the sticker on my 99 z28 was only 22 loaded. but good luck hope you enjoy it

In 1968 you could buy a house in Chicago for 16,800 with AC and a basement - damn those bastards for raising the price and not keeping it at the 1968 level!!!

yea and in 2004 a house that was worth a half mil is now only worth 250. all im saying is with the economy the way it is i think keeping the car around 30 or 35 would have increased the volume of sales substantially. I know i would probably have had one sitting in the drive way by now

Yeah the prices are high. I do get a hook up on GM cars where I can order factory direct and not get any hassle through the dealers. So I wont be paying none of the mark ups at all. I will be paying what the dealer pays for the car.

The SS Camaro stickers at $31,000 so it falls in the range you mentioned. The new Z28 with the supercharged engine will be closer to $50K but that's because they don't want everybody buying one of them. They basically flip flopped the SS and Z28 with the Z28 being the top of the line. I would expect a custom built car like that Trans Am to have some extra overhead especially if they have to get it EPA certified. Not sure who would be carrying the warranty on it either.

the 2 lights doesnt bother me. i think the grill shouldnt be thiner and the point be less gerastic of a drop. then it would look good. and it needs some new exhaust tips!

i think the company would warranty the work they do, and chevy maybe doing the warranty the drivetrain considering the company is paying to use the name

No matter what you call it, the title is still going to say Chevrolet Camaro.

You significantly underestimate the stupidity of an average human being. You're in customer service/hotel management position, you should know this!

bobbyn362 - Don't confuse the crazy dealer markups with the actual MSRP of the car. You can get a nicely equipped 2010 Camaro SS in the mid $30k range if you shop around a little bit.
