If that's not an 'I have a small penis and please look at me' setup, I don't know what is. Twin turbos, fed off the back of the hat, then run back up to the hat, is basically a hot air injection setup. No intercooler on that silliness for the turbos. Then, he has twin carbs, then a mechanical injection setup? I bet half of that junk doesn't even work.
