If John Delorean was the father of teh GTO, Jim Wangers was the man that make it appealing to baby boomers.
Wangers was in charge of Pontiac marketing during the muscle car years. He is a very cool guy.

He is a VERY cool guy. I had the chance to meet him a few years ago and had the opportunity to talk to him for awhile. He lives and breathes Pontiac. Amazing what the guy knows.
