SRT10 Challenger - you can buy one now

So...... now dodge offers an SRT10 version of the challenger.

Thats hot!

Not street legal though..... but who cares!

It's a dedicated race car - I forget what class it is intended to run in.

They did one about a year or so back - it had their crate V8 engine in it. It clicled off very low 11's so this one would probably go 10's due to power.

My race car didn't have things like heat, a/c, p/s, radio, wipers etc..... so for me.... it is all good... but yes, the fact that it isn't street legal is annoying

Meh, 85K for that? a factory race car, I'll pass. I'd rather buy a shell,rolling chassis, or wrecked Challanger and swap a viper crate motor, and save a few bucks.

I wish they would make that motor bat **** crazy though. Make the heads a HEMI design, and DOHC that ****, stick it in said car, and we have lift off. though the wail of a Viper isnt exactly everybodies cup of tea when it goes down the track, Im all for it. Just amazing 8.4 litres, and still sounds like my Camaro LOL.
