questions on stuff id like to sell...

long story short im moving into my new house soon and im cleaning out my room and i found a few things I dont want/need and could maybe make a buck or two off them. the first thing i found is a hypertech power programmer for 96-97 lt1 cars. It was only used once to change my speedo for higher gears and i used the program that supposed to add power. Im a long ways away with my car from needing this now so id like to get rid of it. My question is can anybody else use this or is my VIN somehow burned into this things rendering usefull only on my car? i know it'll work. the box says i have to turn my car back to stock to use it on another car. THats not happening since my car has since been professionally dyno tuned and im not going into the computer like that... any thoughts?

the other thing i found is a replica HK USP airsoft gun. its a gas one that you fill up with gas and shoots 6mm bbs... my question is if i can get in any trouble for selling this to someone. I dont know if it counts as a real firearm or not. I should probably know cause i own real guns now (which is why i dont want to bother with these things anymore)

thanks for any help

yeah the only way to make the hypertech usfull again is to return the PCM to stock with the Hypertech, although i don't think that will matter because i think it records VIN too

as long as you load stock program back in, handheld programmer can be used on another car. if you don't reload it, than it will be locked cause it will have your stock program still in the handheld

I think Hypertech might be able to unlock it. Probably need original proof of purchase or some bs like that though.

Just take the .bin file off your car, use the hypertech to make it stock, then remove hypertech and reinstall good tune.
