Used Smart Phone Choices
Verizon told me to pound sand, so I am stuck paying a contract for a year with a broken warranty replacement they gave me.
So need to find a used smart phone, I am used to used droids, currently have a droid4. Any suggestions on brands/models?

Should be able to snag a GS3 for not too much money now that the S4 is out. It's a solid phone but totally touchscreen which may be an issue for you. I made the switch a while back and have no complaints.

That is what I was looking at, Verizon offered me a preowned one for $399, is that the going rate or can I get it cheaper?

once you pick one, check out swappa.com
HTC One isn't out for verizon, I believe. GS3 is a good choice. I have a GS4 and don't see much difference between it and my friend's GS3. Anything will be better than that Droid4

Love my s4. You can get a refurbished incredible for around $50 on ebay. That's my plan since the warranty is a huge scam.
