NFSU-2 *Sigh*
If any of u played Need for Speed Underground, then u know what im talkin about... the game based primarily on California rice-rockets. The graphix are great (thats why I play games  ) but after reading the reviews for the second one, I have come to the conclusion that the GTO is now classified to me as "Rice". They had the nerve to throw it in with 20+ Jap cars (excluding Navigator, Hummer, and Mustang)... Makes me very unhappy with Pontiac/GM at the moment...

i dont play those ricer games...personally i like the gt series, hopefully gt4 will live up to the hype but they always forget to put in strokers, blowers and turbos for the us cars.

I'm hooked on project gotham racing 2 I'm pretty sick with that 73 T/A. The 67 GTO Convertable..sweet car, but cant turn at ALL in the game

i cant play gt4 i get too angry at that game and then slam the controller when i lose a race after bein in first the whole goddamn race and then all the last lap i crash.

Yeah putting stereos in you car makes it go faster, and body kits too 
I think Grand Turismo 4 comes out December 17th. With no online play

Whoa.....back it up a second here. I have played NFSU on both Playstation 2 and XBox, and the graphics for that game are crap. Try playing that, and then switch to PGR2, and then back to NFSU. You'll see....HUGE difference.
But otherwise, it's an ok game.

Ive played on neither Xbox or PS2... played it on PC with what was the top of the line comp at the time... so graphix were a bit better

Out of all of the racing games I've played this one is one if not the best. It's graphics are okay but what really gives it an edge is the progressive throttle and braking forces. Smooth in, smooth out. It doesn't get any more realistic without going to a pedal/wheel setup. Even those kind of suck because you can't jerk them fast enough without ripping them off the table!
Anything with "digital" throttle and braking (even 2 step pressure sensative buttons) is history, the xbox controls will get you hooked.
I also liked the graphics in sega GT, very fun game with "mods" that weren't ricer crap. No damn graphics and spoilers, just plain performance 8) .
As for NFSU, I haven't even looked at it nore do I relly plan too if it's got digital controls. I still play NFS Porsche Unleashed on my laptop, great cars and awesome physics.
