Need Logo Design Help

Ok guys I'm getting closer to really starting my resto shop...probably about another year. I need some help designing a logo. My creative juices aren't flowing right now and I don't have any good computer software to design one.

I have two general ideas right now if someone can do their interpretations so I can see them it would be sweet.

I'm thinking something that says RPM Resto & Custom with either some pinstriping or some flames on it. I want to do a black background silver/chrome lettering. For the one idea I was thinking "RPM" in big letters something block and cool looking. Then under it "Resto & Custom" in cursive with tails off of the R and the m that go around and up above the RPM into some pinstripe design.

The other idea would just be the name laid out however it looks good with some metallic red flames.....very general and open to any designs on this.

If anyone wants to experiment a little and shoot me some pics I'd love the help. Thanks!

*cheers* You need to hire me to do sales and marketing. I have GOT to get out of the software business!

Wish I could help with the creative stuff. More than happy to help with the finance and sales planning if you'd like it. Plenty of talented folks here though who can whip up something on photoshop.

Good luck!

When I start out I plan on doing my own paintwork. Hopefully I'll get a lot of cars not too long into it and then I'll probably pick up a paint and body guy. I've seen your work and if you're serious I might consider it eventually.

No rush. I'd just like to start getting some ideas down on paper so I can see them.

Nothing to specific at this point. Black background with chrome lettering. Either chrome pinstriping or metallic red flames. Any other cool ideas you may have would be awesome too. Thanks

Had one person come up with this over on TGO. I like it but would love to see more ideas.

Im not too good with starting things from scratch, but since his flames suck ass, im redoing them.

After starting I realized that I can do flames for ****. So if anyone wants to try and cut in flames, be my guest.
