Island on Sunday?
Looks like both James and myself will be going on sunday if the weather is ok, anyone else interested? Gates open at 10am I believe and run till 4pm.

if they decide to open this weekend id might make the trip home..im still kinda mad when i called last friday asking about sunday
"are you going to be open sunday for opening day?"
"mmmm..ahhhhh...nah i dont think so there is too much snow"
wtf.. i spent all week prepping the car and they decided not to open..

Do they have a muffler rule on Sundays? It's still on open headers. And the shut down would be kinda scary without brakes. And there are no seats or carpet in it....

open headers allowed on sunday...theres a mound of dirt and gravel at the end of the track to stop you.... and as for the seats and carpet just call it radical weight reduction..

The only way it will rain or snow on sunday is if I take off from work and lose over $100 in wages to go to the track so I'm not quite sure yet if I'm gonna go.

dunno i may have to concede sunday might not be the best day to go I was so hopeing to go but now ive got to rethink things cuz im supposed to be tuning someone next tuesday so even that may/maynot be out of the question, argh.

weathers looking sunny for sunday, but REAL cold for racing (36 high).. how many of you would really want to come up if its that cold, meaning not just say you'll come but actually show up.. I'll be finding out tomorrow what the track conditions are (ie. residual snow) supposedly they got hit with 4" more on monday, dunno if it got warm enough up there to melt it all away.

at this point I dont think I'll make it and try and hold out for tuesday if i can even make that at atco
