Atco tonight 3/15
Anyone else planning on heading down?
I know LittleG will be there gunning for 13's, and I think 96ImpSS will be there too.
I get out of work at 5 and I'm heading down shortly afterwards. Anyone else game?

I'm thinking of taking a little trip down just to get out of the damn house. But I won't be leaving til 7, so I haven't decided if it's even worth it.

Eric, if you get out by 5:30 and still wanna go, give me a call. I'll be going home before leaving for the track, so I'm planning on leaving around that time.
Genie - you should come out. I won't be running (Lumina is in no shape for the track) so you'll have someone to chat with.

Like I said in a previous post, I gotta work tonight until 9pm. Kinda like Al :/
Or I'd be down there helping with some of the tuning.

Cold.
LittleG didn't hit 13s like he thought he would.
96ImpSS hit 14.8s.

Track prep was pretty crappy, his 60' times were in the 1.95 range. Most runs were 14.1x, although he did manage a 14.05 @ 96.xx. Something wasn't right with the tune, he was getting lots of KR, so he switched to an older tune and things got a bit better.
Scott ended up making 3 passes, and 15.000, 14.94, and 14.81 (with a new best 60' of 2.17).

Almost forgot....there was lots of rice down there, but a few nice F-bodies (including WS6TransAm01 and another black WS6 - both load as hell and running low 11's).
There was a red second gen firebird there that I was dissapointed in, sounded like he had a mild cam and he was spraying, best time I saw was a 13.1. There was also a red LS1 SS running 12.1ish.
Really clean looking GN, running 10.7 - 11.1 all night.....on street tires

Last time was warmer out, and we had him spin the tires a bit more before staging, and working on the launch. He picked up a tenth in the 60', so two tenths at the other end is just right. The car is bone stock except for an SLP CAI.

THat one 14.81 was probably a fluke. Everything just seemed to go my way on that run. Believe it or not that was with the jack and full size spare in the trunk. I think Craig already wants to go back next week so we'll see if it was just a one time thing.
