But, then you can always get the bad apples of the prosicutor and/or judge, ya know.

You also see some funny people in court to. one guy was called up for some kind of domestic dispute, and had no idea why he was there. Judge had a field day with him.

sometimes you dont even need a lawyer i had a speeding ticket (85 in a 65 on the GSP) and passing on the right ticket. the prosecutor dropped the speeding down to unsafe driving (which is no points) and the passing to carless, but then the dmv ****ed me over and i got the 4 points anyway. since you were 31 over the limit i'd say get a cheap lawyer
