thanks for the advice redbandit...i actually ended up joining up with retro in north brunswick, its pretty decent they said i can use my pass at any retro so ill be in piscataway checking some of those girls that ur talking about at.
u are right though about people not sticking to a routine, and the new years resolutions, im suprised a lot of people have stuck this long (3 weeks in haha). but it should dwindle pretty soon.

its usually always the case..people go and work out and dont realize diet is like 70% of losing weight and they work their asses off and dont see results and just give up

i go the ymca its crowded at certain times but others its dead and they have eveything there so i like it.
