Loudon/Fairfax and Somerset/Hunterdon are always bouncing around the top 5-7 in some order.

That area is extremely wealthy. However, their home prices way down compared to ours. I know people who are so house poor they can't afford to move.

 | Keep in mind that many of the people in Loudon live on postage stamp sized lots with no land. 3 or so years ago I had some friends move down there (Ashburn) and they paid $525k for a 3 bedroom townhouse.

My cousin in Titusville about 10 minutes away where I keep my boat on the Delaware River is paying around $20K in taxes and they get no services in Hopewell Township compared to Ewing. How the heck Hunterdon is even in the top 100 is beyond me, that is mostly farm land with pickup drivers and farms! This state is such a lost cause it's incredible people still live here!

Hopewell, Kingwood, and the Amwells are the farmland.
