wow not being able to fall asleep sucks ass.... and i think its gradually getting worse ive always had a problem throughout the last 5 or so years fallin asleep. it was occasional at first maybe once or twice a month or less then that, now i constantly find myself tossin and turning at like 6 or 7 am. this is the second night in a row where i cant fall asleep. christ i didnt fall asleep until 8 am this morning and here it is freakin 4:50am and i still cant sleep! im gonna see if my doc can give me something to knock me out cuz this is really startin to piss me off...

im sure you're not the reading type, but get into it. when i read for like a half hour before i go to bed i sleep 10x better than when i don't. it gives your eyes and brain something to do while the rest of you is relaxing.
also, no soda or caffeine after 6 or 8pm, lots of water, don't eat after a certain time, and dont expect to be able to fall asleep early if you've slept all day. after you do fall asleep get yourself up by 9am regardless of how tired you are so that the next day your ready to fall asleep at a human time.

yea i was googling insomnia cures last night and found that. my dad has all of these medications from his accident and heart attack and the doc gave him this sleep med called Restoril (temazepam) since he is a true insomniac (sometimes he wont sleep for a few days at a time) and that stuff is great puts you to sleep quickly (doesnt knock you out hard) and when u wake up you feel freaking amazing, like its the best day of your life.

believe it or not melissa, i am the reading type freshman year i read the whole dark tower series by stephen king (total of 7 books ranging from 150 pages in the first book to 800 pages in the last book) and it does make you tired. i started reading the stand (which im sure most of u saw in my bathroom ) but i had it with me at a frat party and it was a boring book and i threw it out cuz i didnt feel like holding it anymore. i havent really had any soda or anything except alcohol for the past few days cuz my ass is broke! as for the waking up at 9 am thing.... wont happen. im a night person, i dont wanna go to sleep early i just wanna be able to fall asleep when i want to 2 or 3 am is about perfect for me, 6 am on is just rediculous. yesterday i prolly had 7 hours of sleep from the night before and still couldnt fall asleep regardless of how tired i was...
j0n: i only touch the green stuff remember that...

Oh... I thought since the title said "this sucks..." that you mightve posted an upclose picture of your mouth
Stop playing video games! I had this problem when I was in early high school.

If you don't work out, start. A regular routine can help you sleep much more soundly.
