VERIZON ONE BILL... Stay Away!!!!
This is not a knock on Verizon FIOS TV. I have it and I love it. ONE BILL is a program Verizon has to merge all of your verizon accounts (Cell phone, internet, FIOS, home phone) onto one monthly bill.
If any of you are thinking about entering into Verizon FIOS one bill. DONT DO IT!! I was called by one of there representatives about two months ago saying that if I combined my cell phone & FIOS TV together, I could add FIOS Internet for only $15 more than what I was paying at the time. Sounded like a good deal so I went for it. In the past two months, I have called them several times to try to fix billing problems. Each time I called nobody knew who I needed to talk to, I was transfered around multiple times, and in the end nothing got fixed. This is all because of ONE BILL. The $15 a month was bogus. I am paying the normal $52 per month for my internet. I am actually on the phone with them right now (My phone timer says 51 minutes 53 seconds) trying to delete the internet service & get out of the one bill program.
END OF RANT.

I wanted to buy a blackberry storm and add the internet to my service and they told me no. Guess they didn't want my money because they already have yours.

I don't know why they call it customer service, because they aren't doing anyone a service. Their employees definetly are under-trained for their jobs. I was trying to get things fixed for a long time, but nobody knows what the hell they are doing. They tell you everything is fixed, but then the same thing next month. I think when they tell you "oh I solved the problem" they are just blowing smoke up your butt.

always get the name(s) of the person(s) you speak with... it saves time when you call back and they try to do the same run-around again.

Everyone I know has always had less problems with FIOS but this is the 3rd or 4th time I have heard of people having billing/service issues. I have to deal with Verizon frequently. THey are scumbags. Never want to admit their equipment is at fault
CABLEVISION FTW!
